Purchasing a design package from The Dignified Home, LLC. signifies that you have read and agree to the below Terms of Service.

All design packages:

You are willing and able to install the agreed upon design. (Virtual packages)

The Dignified Home has no control over online purcased items going out of stock or having delays.

There will be an aditional fee for sourcing new products after the 5 day post design delivery window for Mini 2D/2D Design Packages at $50 per item.

You will have unlimited revisions with the designer up to 5 days after the design delivery. After this 5 day window, the designer will be happy to make aditional changes for a $50 per item.

Because of the design process, we do not offer refunds on packages after the design phase has started.

When you purchase a package (virtual only) you will be notified how long this process will take. It is typically 2-3 weeks. You will be notified by email when the design starts. (Virtual packages)

Because this is online, the desginer cannot see every item in person. This can be a risk associated with online design. We will find a suitable replacement if the item is not represented accurately online. (Virtual design)

The Dignified Home shows images of each customer project. Please communicate upfront if you do not want your projects shared with others.
